*SALON CANCELLATION POLICY*
When you book in at Chroma Boutique, you are booking in for a very personal one-on-one experience from start to finish with extensive consultation and professionsal advice. If you cancel with late notice or simply do not show up up at all, it impacts our small business significantly.
We Understand that circumstances can arise but we kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment as this will give us enough time to allocate that space for another client wanting that appointment.
For all online bookings, we require a $20 deposit for colour appointments.
If a cancellation is made or a “NO SHOW” with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $50 is required which you will be invoiced via email or text.
